I would like to replace my assault scout heads (and the heads on their speeder) with heads that dont show any skin. I like all my space marine models to have helmets. Mostly because I really hate painting skin.
I was wondering what alternative heads you all like/use? Also i play raven guard if that makes a difference.

Pig Iron makes some that are fairly popular:
There is a couple different options as well. You can find them here: http://www.thewarstore.com/pigironproductions.html

I used to do chaos warrior heads with the horns shaved off for my scouts. They are cheap and readily available from bitz sellers. Here's a photo I took from google image search:

I just use regular space marine heads. If you cut off the little nob at the bottom completely they fit perfectly. From google:

I was thinking about the scion heads. I think they would look great. But I do have a ton of regular space marine heads. And that picture looks way better than the ones I have seen.
I guess it will come down to how much cash I have left when I get the speeder.

I never really thought about using normal SM heads....they actually look really good, although I notice that the pic above also uses the torsos.

I feel like regular Space Marine helmets on the Scout bodies looks too much like a bobblehead toy.

You need to cut off the little nob on the bottom and they look mint. With ig heads I find that they get that hunchback look.

The wargear's wrong and their aesthetic doesn't fit the Space Marine aesthetic or bulkier body type. The helmets will do though. In addition, it might be confusing to see models that are most definitely not Scout Marines counting as Scout Marines, when they could be used in an allied detachment or something of the sort.

The OP said they don't like painting skin. Those helmets all show skin.
