Hey guys, I'm thinking of making this duo from the Iron Kingdoms RPG for a bit of fun as I love their somewhat macabre background (Privateer Press' Monsternomicon 1 p.88 if you don't know what I'm on about ). Pic of them here.

I'm thinking of using the Greater Damned One of Pride from Hell Dorado as a base for Gristle. I'm slightly stuck on Flay, the only thing I can think of right now (aside from a pure scratchbuild) is to base him on the old GW Beastlord's back banner.

Now, I'm normally good at sourcing these things; but I'm open to anything I've overlooked for either of these Grymkin.

How good are you at free hand? I think if you're looking for Flay whilst completely disconnected from Gristle, the a repainted Experienced Shadow Thief from Heroclix(Origins set) would work:

Ooooohhh. That might work. There's one on eBay for £5.50 right now. At that price it can be worth a go.
