Total Wargamer is the cheapest place in the world to buy bulk orders (60+ pounds) and save money as even though they charge shipping, you get 30% off most stuff.
Be prepared to wait 1.5 months for your order to even process though, nevermind waiting another 2 weeks for it to ship, and another 2 weeks to arrive (so 2.5 months in total from the day you ordered to the day you receive your miniatures, though 3 months is a more reasonable estimate) Order from these guys if you have a painting backlog
