The Artifice Knights are a chapter founded by the Adeptus Mechanicus itself, hidden from even the prying eyes of the Inquisition, the Artifice Knights are master smiths, well versed in the forgecraft of their benefactors. The Artifice Knights are known for their masterful craftsmanship and utilize a number of ancient technologies on a far more regular basis than even Chapters of the First Founding. Their suspicion of allied Imperial forces has led them to forgo entering a number of theaters of war, instead preferring to engage in Crusades where they are capable of operating alone, this self imposed seclusion has a number of benefits for their Chapter. As a chapter with access to any Forgeworld in the Imperium, the Artifice Knights slip into systems upon the most advanced Battle Barges and Starships available, alongside their Battle Barges, the Artifice Knights have multiple fleets manned by the Adeptus Mechanicus. With a near limitless access to advanced technology, the Artifice Knights are a forced to be reckoned with.

In regards to the Color Scheme, I'm going for a darker gunmetal grey sort of thing with a copper metallic and gold/Burnished Bronze highlights

Chapter Tactics (Artifice Knights)

Pain Staking Effort: Any model with Chapter Tactics (Artifice Knights) that lacks a Master Crafted Weapon; must make one of their Weapons Master Crafted at a cost of 2 points per model. In addition, all Master Crafted weapons in this army are treated as Specialist Weapons.

Advanced Bolter Technology: Any model equipped with a bolter may exchange it for a Maxim Pattern Bolter free. Any model equipped with a Heavy Bolter may exchange it for a Mauler Bolt Cannon +10 Points.

Unfettered Suspicion: Any Sergeant must be replaced with an Artifice Overseer for +30 Points. Also, any non named Independent Characters in this detachment cost an additional 15 points, gain +1 Toughness, +1 Wound; but suffer a penalty of -1 Attack and -1 Initiative.

No Respect For The Weak: You may not take: any named Characters that lack Chapter Tactics: (Artifice Knights), allied or unique detachments. (Imperial Knights, Inquisition, Ect.)

Special Rules: ATSKNF, Chapter Tactics (Artifice Knights) Infantry (Character)
Options:
An Artifice Overseer may take any of the following:
Digital Lasers +5 Points
Bionics +5 Points
Boarding Shield +5 Points
Storm Shield +15 Points
Cyber Familiar +15 Points

An Artifice Overseer may take options from the Melee Weapons and/or Ranged Weapons lists.
(Anything taken from the Melee Weapons and/or Ranged Weapons lists is Master Crafted and costs an additional 5 points.)
An Artifice Overseer may replace its Artificer Armor with Terminator Armor +25 Points and must do so if it replaces a Sergeant in a Squad that has the Deep Strike Special Rule.

Iron Warriors surprisingly. Their extreme suspicion and xenophobia, Combined with their mathmatical obsessions are a bit outside of of the Iron Hands paradigm.

The Artifice Overseer is actually an automaton with a Space Marine conciousness, put in place by the Chapter Master to Oversee every facet of the Chapter.

I'm surprisingly content with their rule set and their fluff. I really enjoy the idea that a Chapter is being observed by forces within and without, in conjunction with the Admech, this chapter could have a very strong narrative element in campaigns.
