Blood bowl Chaos and Legendary editions are on steam
Chaos is the newer one is currently £19.99 and legendary edition is £14.99 but doesn't have Khorne Daemons, Underworld or Chaos Dwarves
Bloodbowl 2 is currently being developed by Cyanide as well

It depends on what exactly you're looking for, the rules are available for free from the GW site.
There are a fair few 3rd party models, although for the originals ebay really is your best bet I'm afraid. Pitches can be easily homemade or got from various places as mentioned above.

Sorry I missed interpreted the question.
Impact minatures and comixininos do good alternative models and the majority of the original GW teams don't look nearly as good as theirs but YMMV as well as being solid metal.

IMHO the best human team out there is the last one GW did. I absolutely love those models & am so sad they discontinued them. Even little things down to the players actually being of different physiques was great. There was a beast of a burly lineman & a portly catcher to name a couple.
