As written, it sounds like I need ten warriors in a unit before taking my first splinter cannon. I just wanted to confirm this was the case; I had originally thought I could have one SC in a unit of up to ten guys, and a second SC from 11 to 20.

10 to 19 warriors = 1 SC.

20 warriors = 2 SC.
