Subject: Knight Houses associated with the Ecclesiarchy

A simple question here as I look to expand my Sororitas and wish to keep with fluffy alliances. Are there any known Knight houses that keep ties with the Ecclesiarchy, or is that something that does not happen? I admit that Knight fluff is something I am very much lacking in, so any kind of hints would be appreciated.

I guess the first thought is that the Adepta Sororitas are the Adepta Sororitas, and the actual name of the ecclesiarchy is the Adeptus Ministorum. They are separate organizations, and part of the role of the sisterhoods are to keep a check on the ecclesiarchy.
It makes sense, because the sisters are monastic orders, which are constituted for the purposes of the members, and the ecclesiarchy are a church, which exists to minister to people outside of the organization. This is important.
If the ecclesiarchy approach a knight world, it is with an agenda. They have to proselytize and extract tribute. Since the sisterhood are a monastic order, they develop their skills as part of their devotional practices. They get very good at languages, medicine, combat, et al, as an exercise of their love for the Emperor and as a way to serve him. They essentially offer their skills, which they happen to have developed as a type of prayer, to entities that need them. They are not trying to extract any concessions from people they way that the ecclesiarchy are.
The knight worlds probably benefit extensively from the orders hospitaller, and the knight households themselves probably get lobbied pretty hard by the orders famulous. I can't see why the battle sisters would need to be on the knight worlds themselves, but yeah they are probably more likely than the ecclesiarchy to have good relations with the ecclesiarchy.
There isn't anything about the ecclesiarchy in the knights codex, as far as I know.

A lot of the knight households hold aid given in some form in very high esteem. Any Adepta Sororitas order to that aided a house in need would be looked at favorably when it came to a request for aid.

If a Knight-World was, say, the site of the invasion of some kind of external threat, whether this was Xenos or Traitors or Chaos Space Marines, and resulted in a protracted war between the Knight-World and whoever, it is possible that the Imperium would send the IG and other agencies to assist in the defense of the planet.
Part of this defense could be an Order Militant of the Sororitas or, if the civilian casualties are high, an Order Hospitaler, who will act as medical-support personnel for the Guard and for the civilian populations as well.
An Order Hospitaler could end up saving the life of one of the scions of these noble families of the Knight-World, which could indebt that family to the Sororitas and the Ecclesiarchy. The Sisters, of course, would say that the debt is not owed to them, but to Him on Terra... but Sisters Superior and Cannoness tend to be a bit more practically-minded... and will probably suggest that, as Terra is very far and very hard to get to, the Knight-World's debt to the God-Emperor could be repaid by supporting His soldiers here.

The "1 model two builds codex", splits the knights between Imperium and mechanicum.
Maybe the ones with close ties to the mechanicum aren't best friends with the ecclesiarchy ?
Knight houses are ancient and choose rather feudal organizations of their homes. But the church is also "new".
I'd consider the general Imperium aligned houses. Knights really like to ride to battle, an alliance would need some action to get them moving. Sitting around and praying all day is too close to their ( boring ) traditions they are stuck in. IMHO you have to have a nice crusade going and the knights may happily join it .

Given the feudal nature of the knight houses, I can easily see the Sororitas/Ministorum inserting the Sisters Famulous into the knight houses like the bene gesserit.

The inclusion of the Orders Famulous in the backstory of the Noble Houses of the Knight pilots would make the most sense. The Knights themselves would think it simply natural to go along with the Ecclesiarchy.

evidance seems to suggest that even among those houses aligned with the Mechanium that the knights are followers of the Imperial cult. I imagine if the ecclisarchy requested their forces plkenty would go. in fact the idea of a house based off one of the crusader orders could be fun.
