Yes, indeed. What a terrible piece of cultural imperialism it is for me to say that a country shouldn't murder its own citizens

Yes the only super heavy restriction is anything that permantly lowers armor like entropic strike.

...as well as ignoring all results on the Vehicle Damage Table except "Explodes," which then replaces the normal Explodes result with a special super-heavy result.
This, nicely, means that Super-Heavies are completely immune to Grav Weaponry.

No, because IIRC, Grav Weapons still removes hull points.

The wording is something like "on a 6, the vehicle is immobilized and loses a hull point"

The SHV rule only protects against the first part.

Its funny really.
In escalation or apoc basic necron warriors shred everything.
20 warriors rapid fire 40 shots.

26 hits.
Just over 4 glances.

All from cheap warriors.

Could shred anything, given time and a lack of enemy fire. Given that threat, they will eat a D-blast or two on the way in.

Maybe it would actually be a smart idea to have squads bigger than 5 man in all those Night Scythes, eh?

Yeah I always throw a Cyptek w/ a Voltaic in. Not only is he cheap for a 4 shot 5 str gun all those shots have haywire. They are crazy good at 25 points.

One of the reasons necrons don't give a damn about knights

Build a man a fire, he will be warm for a night. Set a man on fire, and he will be warm for the rest of his life.

Actually, statistically speaking it's cost ineffective

It takes 520 points of warriors to inflict ~8 glances (not factoring in defensive buffs) in rapid fire range.
Most SHV have around 9 HP.
The knight is 6HP and is just under 400 points.

Even if the SHV does get destroyed, chances are the warriors will be so close that they'll get touched by the apoc blast template.

Of course, that is why necrons have Voltaic staffs, lances and Heavy Gauss.
