Used purity seal for the first time to seal so weathering powders to my Leman Russ, but its left loads of white crap behind thats kinda ruined all my work. Someone suggested re-spraying it and using a hair drier to quickly dry it could fix it, but no joy, any advice?

Try applying a coat of 'ardcoat or other brush on gloss varnish, that's what worked for me when my Purity Seal frosted. There are probably other suggestions if you do a google search for Purity Seal Frosting advice.
