Hey gents, have a pile in question. The rules for pile in is that an engaged model moves up to 3 inches to pile in at his initiative. I couldnt find where the rules might say if modifiers like unwieldy weapons would slow this. So i guess which is the proper way for a space marine with a power ax to pile in, at I4 with the rest or I1 when he actually can swing?

From the FAQ:

Q: Does a model with an Unwieldy weapon Pile In at its
normal Initiative step and then fight at Initiative step 1?
(p22/23)
A: No – it Piles In and fights at Initiative step 1.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

I think it already said the above in the original rule book.
