Hey guys I realise that Taudar is old news on the tourney scene what with the advent of deldar combos and deathstars but I am wondering if a list like mine can still be competitve.

HQ - Farseer w/Jetbike, Singing Spear

Troops - 3x Windrider Jetbikes

Heavy Support - Wraithknight w/2x Heavy Wraithcannons

I don't think this list will do well because you don't have enough support for 3 Riptides and a Wraithknight. Usually people take a Toolbox commander for one of the Riptides. Also, the T3 Ethereal gives up two points when it's your warlord.

The ethereal is useless in this list. If you want to take a cheap HQ to fit in all the big guns, take the fireblade as he doesn't give up 2 VP.
