This is the first thing I've converted and painted myself. Is there anything else i could do? Thanks for the help in advance.

Can you move the arms out from the body a bit? Give it a more dynamic stance? The arms are very planar - which could be a result of the SM Dread mounting points, which are very flat. But Orks aren't neat! Stuff is generally sticking out all over the place. Can that arm on the top be rotated around so it goes up before coming back down?

Maybe try lifting up one leg onto a rock or something to rotate the model a bit, make it not quite so level?

Hard to see with the photos (I struggle with quality photos myself!) but it looks pretty cool.
