Those tires are from Blood and Skulls Industry. They currently sell them by themselves in packs of 4 or 6, or you can buy a conversion kit for the Taurox with 6 tires and mounting plates for them.
Red: Cool conversions, and it is nice to see that my Taurox conversion caught on so quickly, I have seen a few other people doing the same wheeled conversion over the last couple of weeks.
