Subject: Which weapon is the psycannon and which is the psilencer for Grey Knights?

Just starting out, I bought an army through Ebay, but now I am slightly confused.
In the GW online store they are selling an individual GK model with specifically a Psycannon (For 16 dollars no less, might as well just buy a damn box set).
However when I turn to the codex, our Psycannon looks nothing like it, instead it looks like below.
And in multiple other places I see people call the psilencer the second image.
Basically I'm wondering who is right, because I believe the psycannon is the second image.

The bottom one, the one that looks like a heavy bolter is the psycannon.
The top one isn't a psilencer, though. A psilencer is that gatling gun looking thing:
I don't know what the first picture you put up is. The flamer?

No the flamer actually looks like a flamer, I have no idea what that weapon in the first picture is.
It's the one that GW is using for the psycannon though.

Both of those weapons you have pictured are Psycannons. The top is one of the older sculpts, the bottom is the newer plastic version.
Psilincers have the triple barrels, and only come in plastic as they didn't exist in the old codex. Alarios's picture is a Psilincer.
Incinerators look like flamers with extra bling.

In the old fluff Psycannons fired concentrated bolts of psychic energy, which is why the old one looks so different and has no ammo box. The newer fluff basically makes them out to be souped up psychic empowererd Heavy Bolters.

I have the pre-plastic GK Terminators and bought the Psycannon arms to go with them. They all match the ones in the first image.
