Hello everyone, I have amassed quite a few painted crimson fists over the years, but I have recently started on a homebrew chapter. I want to use both chapters in the same force, but I wanted to tie the two together visually. I was wondering which you guys and gals like better in the image. Should I paint all my green marines with red hands as kind of a sign of respect after fighting alongside crimson fists, or should I paint all their right knee pads red as some kind of a campaign badge? Which do you think looks better? The choice is either to paint all of my green marines like the one on the right or the one on the left, and which would tie them all together best. Thanks for your input.

Use a darker color to highlight the green guys.

These two were a couple of the first of this project, I did tone down the highlights a bit. Also, the lighting is quite harsh and they don't look quite as rough in real life. Here's a more recent one.

I'd go with the one on the right, but I'll also echo TheCustomLime's comment about the highlighting, its way too strong and they look kinda Tron, with electric green highlights.

I think the kneepad ties them together better.
Sharp looking marines.

I'd vote for the hand. And I personally like the highlights
