I purchased a Wraithknight and it looks like i got enough to make 2 legs and bodies. I purchased the kit off amazon. How much of a pain would it be to get a new one for GW.

Did you get the rest of the kit? If so, just buy bits online and get a second WK for cheap.

If not... calculate how much the bits to make the WK whole will cost and see if that is more or less than it would to just buy two kits.

Call GW and let them know you're missing the other sprue, and they'll mail it to you.
