So I wanted a missile launcher for one of my squads and since none actually came with it in DV I will need to buy them separately as well as the MM and Plasma Cannons which is fine.
Now my question:
How would I go about putting them onto the models? So far I havent seen any models with free hand to hold weapons, in fact most already come holding weapons in their hands already.

You really only have two choices. 1. Buy a pack of marines and model one of them with the weapon you want. 2. Learn how to use an X-acto knife. Basically you'll need to cut the current weapon off and glue the new one on. Note that the level of difficulty for doing this with the push fit models is pretty high. You're probably more likely to destroy the model than simply remove the weapon. For bonus points - magnetize them. However that may be far more trouble than it's worth.

I suspect you might only be familiar with the push-fit marines in the Dark Vengeance starter box. Most marine boxes are quite modular and can be assembled with all sorts of options. It’s just a mater of using the bits you want.

Buy a box of Devastators. You get 5 marine bodies and 8 weapons to choose from (1x ML, 1x MM, 2 HB, 2 PC, 2 LC)

Along the same line of questioning, there don't seem to be DA tactical marines to buy so it is looking like I will need to buy from the overall Space Marine collection and adapt.
Anyone know if these guys have the DA insignia already on the armor or will I have to use the stickers.
Which leads me to, how the crap do I use the stickers lol.

Looked through GW site and some other places, where can I buy the DA banners separatly, without needing the marine i mean

They're not stickers, they're transfers. You cut a square around them to get them off the sheet, then dip them (with either your thumb and index or a pair of tweezers) in a bowl of clear water and keep them under the surface for about 60 seconds, then pull it out, and use a paint brush to carefully slide the icon off the transfer and onto the mini, then dab your paintbrush with some water to help reposition the icon and finally drain excess water with a dry paint brush and let it dry for about 20 minutes.

You can buy weapon packs from Forgeworld - there is one with 2 old-style MLs which look pretty good, IIRC.

Conversions are a large (and many find fun and highly rewarding) part of the hobby. As mentioned the DV models are push fit and require some modification beyond the "normal" marines assembly into whatever pose you want. If you want to modify DV marines you need to chop, hack and likely fix areas with green stuff. This can be very much worth doing as the marines are often dynamically posed and well sculpted with more blind than vanilla marines.
Otherwise as mentioned you can get the vanilla marines and assemble your own minis as you see fit. If you want heavy weapons, the devastator kits come with lots but another option is to buy the bits you need individually from bits sellers, trade for them from other players or buy third party (or forgeworld) bits that will often look as good or better, and at least look different which imo can be just as improtant.

GW makes a DA vet box kit. You get 5 da dress bodies and lots of other stuff including shoulder pads. I think GW also makes a DA sprue (no box) with stuff on it. The DA banners are older and oop but you could make one using the codex. I wont say how. There are companies out there that will make a banner for you on cloth. Price unknown to me.
