Say I have Pask in his Leman Russ, armed with a Vanquisher Cannon, Lascannon, 2 HBs and a pintle mounted Heavy Stubber in hull-to-base contact with an ADL's quadgun.

I have an enemy Rhino in LoS.

Can I use Pask to shoot everything his tank has got at it, except the Heavy Stubber (as it cannot hurt it) and instead of this pintle mounted weapon, fire the quadgun with Pasks's BS, re-roll failed armor pen special rule and preferred enemy special rule? Also can the quadgun make precision shots this way since Pask is a character?

Vehicle models can not use Gun Emplacements.

From the FAQ:

"Page 105 – Battlefield Debris, Gun Emplacement
Change the first sentence of the second paragraph to “One
non-vehicle model in base contact with the gun
emplacement can fire it instead of his own weapon,
following the normal rules for shooting. Note that the model
counts as stationary for these purposes”"

Yeah, this came up a while back in relation to GK Psyflemen. We had a big argument about whether he could still fire both of his TLACs since "instead of a weapon" and "walkers fire as many weapons as they want" were in conflict. Then we found that note and were relieved that that particular stupidity was not an issue (trying to imagine how it worked involved a little Looney Tunes style mechanical hand coming out of his crotch to operate the control panel).
