Hey everyone, here is some of our latest paint work for our new kickstarter product!

On to the miniatures!

We wanted to paint this girl in a spring time setting. Unfortunately the background takes a bit away from the bright and sunny feeling, but none the less it was our goal!

First, we laid down a cobblestone road with milliput, carving out shapes more once it cured... then! Using some roots, we cut them up, and glued them together to form a nice little tree. Then we sculpted on the flowers!



We went with a very warm and springtime feeling colour selection with yellows and greens. The face didnt turn out as nicely as I wanted, and I will likely have to go back and fix it up now that Im seeing it in photos everywhere!

Very nice! Quite a minimalistic look, but great deal of detail as well - I find that detail on the shield frightening!

Love the diorama base as well, the buds on the tree are a lovely touch.

Glad you like her! Shes actually been one of the more popular ones from the range.

People online and in person who've seen her have liked her one of the most!

Here is the second painted figure from the base set of our Kickstarter miniatures

For this one we went totally opposite of the bright sunny feeling, and chose to do a faintly lit evening scene.

The pillar she is standing on is part of the miniature. We extended the wall a bit with some milliput, did some cobblestone work on the ground, and then added in some balsa wood and dirt for debris!
