Always wanted a model that hovers and flings fire. The head was some sort of trophy bit with a skull, and it had stitches over its eyes and mouth and very little hair. I sculpted some fire on the fists, hair that Sanguinius might approve of, and added some eyebrows and a grim expression.. Do you like it? I am loving how instead of buying minis I can just make crap out of old bits and green stuff! Saves so much money

Hey hes looking really cool! Ive always wanted a fiery/flamey tzeentch based army
You should have him rising out of flames on the base, to mask how his fott is pinned A really cool effect on Thousand sons is to use small skulls with flames for the heads
any plans for more? or a one off kitbash?

I'm pondering ways to make him hover over flames right now.... There's always more plans for kitbashes... I am just very busy lately!

If you want a model to hover over the ground you could use the flames itself as an attachment point. I tried this once with spiraling fireballs.
You use sturdy wire, bent it inshape and layer green stuff flames all around it to a decen thickness. But it takes some time to finish.

haha Doom that looks crazy and is such a cool effect my suggestions would be to use a hot glue gun, ive seen some awesome flames created extremely quickly. as it hardens alot faster than GS obviously, but can still be melted again if you need to make tweaks during the process.

Thanks doom, I hope you don't mind if I copy that style one day.
My one single GS goal is to be able to sculpt power armor hands.

Sculpting hands is tricky but thankfully power armor hands are easier than non armored hands. Just use a GW hand as a reference and train sculpting them onto something - like for example a weapon handle. Your hobby knife should be sharp and thin enough to cut in the segments and fingers. Just wet your tool to easier get a smoth surface.
Should you ever try open hands you could use thin wires as a base shape for the fingers.
