Both look good on paper but I have never used either, I bought a box and am leaning towards Immortals with Tesla Cannons.
I would like to hear the opinions of you guys

What targets do you usually face?
Immortals are more TACish but if you need a model with wounds removed ASAP, few things get the job done quite like Deathmarks.

If you have neither, get the immortals first to give yourself a solid core of troops.

Get some warrior legs and chests and build both. You'll need deathmarks.
