Theres lots of small things, like how on the cards it says that Space Marines can take all disciplines of psyker powers, but of course its not listed in the books, or some clarification on certain rules in the tau codex, like is O'vesa still able to join units like an IC since hes an MC and that is not allowed, etc

Re Daemons: If we're going by RAW, no one can because everything that's a psyker generates powers from specific disciplines specified within the codex.
