Clicked ignore by mistake followed by yes instead of no (hand eye coordination for the win) how do I unignore someone?

Click your username at the far right of the top menu. Those you have ignored will be listed there with the option of unignoring them.

Unless I was the one you ignored in which case this won't be much help
