What happens when warp charge is even?

I made a Draigowing in 6E because I joked how garbage it was during that edition compared to 5E.

Now I'm cheesemonster, once again.

*sigh*

Nice report! Could you try to take clearer pictures? I usually snap multiples from an angle to ensure at least one is steady. Otherwise, nice read. Thank you.

I try, but it's an Iphone. I try not to take too much time getting the shots out of respect for the opponent.

Ah, okay. Cool, just some constructive criticism.

Still good to read about the two most worrisome armies for 7E and how they fair.

Great report Kevin.

Just FYI, even in 6th, a model has to be completely inside the opponent's deployment zone to score Linebreaker (it was in the 6E BRB FAQ).

Thanks for a great report !

GK army is 10 warps by the way. Wasn't the interceptors also objective secure ? From the Draigos grand strategy ? Or did Blackmoore use another of the grand strategies ?

Or option #3: Blackmoor forgot about grand strategy.

If I remembered it I would take counter attack because it looks like I would have to worry about assault and not shooting.

Interesting report. Most of my 7th ed games have now been against Demons and GK. I concur that capping warp charges can make it quite challenging for a demon army. If my opponent had not been able to get multiple summoning's off, I don't think the games would have been remotely close.

To reliably get powers off, folks need to accept they will only get a couple key powers off in a turn. For example, to get Invisibility off, I'm likely not rolling 8-10 dice as I don't want to risk my opponent denying it. I'll rolled 14-16 dice and my opponent will then not even attempt to deny. But, the rest of my powers will likely get denied since my opponent now as a lot of unused dice. (I had Eldar with 20 warp charges and demons with 16 warp charges).

Cool report all in all.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

Yes, when you throw all your dispel dice just to take care of Precognition and are now at the mercy of the rest of his powers, life sucks.
