Ok so I was wondering about daemonology, and how people are getting upset about not being able to deny the witch by much and it just struck me but for us CSM and CD Khorne players, don't we have a good way to deny and potentially stop a lot of our opponents psychic powers?

I mean lets look at Kharns Blessing of the Blood God, we can Deny the Witch on a 2+ with him, so we first of all have that..

Next Daemonolgy and Psykers, well we can have Khorne psykers by fluff (Psykers can choose to allegiance with Khorne, however Khorne treats them as ba children) just give them the daemonolgy power and make them summon Khorne daemons for a theme, and to also generate further power dice for the dispel pool..

Next Daemons... Collar of Khorne, also helps in denying the witch, Karanak also due to his speed can make opponents psykers also perils with relative ease along with Flesh hounds..

I will try and make a 2000pts list and post it up in the OP, but I guess by my brainstorm I think I could be onto a good solid list of stopping the majority of my psykers Deny the witch rolls..

Now I'm asking what would you add to this list to help further deny the witch on your opponents, with these ideas in mind?

Correct if I'm wrong (don't have the codex with me), but I believe the Khorne Deny bonuses only applies to maledictions cast on them (maybe perhaps against Force as well?). I don't believe it applies to Blessings and Conjurations, which is the majority of the abused powers.

From what I have read its just says deny the witch on a specific roll, no mention on the specific types of powers..

There is already a big thread on this in YMDC , general consensus though is that changing to a 2+ (set number) is classified as a 'modifier' and thus does not apply to deny on blessings,conjurations etc and things not targetting kharn.
