While being an Eldar player myself, I thought that Chaos should have Warband Tactics to counter SM Chapter Tactics as CSM some underpowered compared to SM (Except Heldrakes). After playing my CSM playing friend numerous times I've seen that they need a boost.
They have some drawbacks to hopefully not seem to overpowered. I created these a bit ago and so were designed in 6th and might need updating as the only change I've made is Word Bearers not Periling on any doubles for Daemonology.

Criticism and Comments appreciated.

"The path of the Legion Tactical is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of Loyalist Assaults. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, covers the Tactical through the valley of chainswords, for he is truly his brother’s keeper and provider of heavy fire support. And I will strike down upon thee with great lascannon accuracy and furious autocannon fire those who would attempt to ambush and destroy my Legion Brothers. And you will know that I am the Havoc when I lay my vengeance upon thee."

I think this will take a lot more work. For instance, the thousand sons one introduces a wild host of changes being applied to ALL non-vehicles. For starters, The equivalent to a rubric marine goes from 23 points to 16 pts? This is probably a bit much. Also all havocs get slow purposeful, meaning they can move and shoot. This is way too huge to get for free. In addition it only really hurts or is wasted on infantry that already have an invuln such possessed, warptalons, termis, etc.

I don't like the Night Lords trait being so heavily invested in fear. As is it seems pretty powerful vs half the armies out there and forgettable vs the other half. Widespread ATSKNF really kinda ruins fear as a mechanic.

I didn't go through the rest in detail but at a glance many have the same problem to where they affect some units in huge ways without adding any cost and make the equivalent to current cult marines much much cheaper.
