E3 begins today, one of the biggest gaming events of this year. So many rumours flying around.
So what do we want to see?
I for one want something from Valve (mention of the steam console etc.) But mostly I want L4D3 to be announced, many years have gone by (sorry HL fans but I want Left 4 Dead more)

Blood Angels 3rd Company
Space Wolves Ragnar Blackmane's Great Company
Rynn's World Battle Force
I'm expecting some awful cringy moments of hosts trying to be cool and hip.
EA has already delivered.
I was fairly excited about the new Civ game though. An official Battlefront announcement was nice, I just hope they actually finish the game before they release it.

Yeah, there's a lot of fear it being released along the lines of Battlefield 4 with bugginess and incompleteness. I really hope they do it justice given how long us Battlefront players have been waiting.
Bethesda making a certain announcement, but in general I'm not really caring much about new releases at the moment as I don't want to threat over not playing them (my computer's gubbed, and the only reason I'm dropping the cash on a new one at the moment is to play Fallout 4).
I think the biggest surprise to me so far was a follow up to Lara Croft and the Temple of Light. The original was a lot of fun and making it four player co-op could lead to some good times and broken friendships.
Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.
Arkham Knight looks fething amazing - the city is just gorgeous! I think my PC can handle it. Far Cry 3 also looked impressive, but let's see if Ubi's trailer matches the final game (smart money's on it being another bullshot trailer like the Watch Dogs one). Uncharted 4 isn't enough to get me to buy a PS4. Mortal Kombat X just looks brutal.
What I am expecting is the announcement of lots of sequels that everyone already knew about, lots of hype and stupidity and a handful of games that may actually be worth buying. So far it seems to be going as expected
A couple of interesting trailers

Do not underestimate the Squats. They survived for millenia cut off from the Imperium and assailed on all sides. Their determination and resilience is an example to us all.

Its just a shame that they couldn't fight off Andy Chambers.

By the first looks of it: Xbox 180° and PS4 both have no actual exclusive games in the near future. All good titles that were presented and come out in the near future aren't exclusives.
And I really laughed at every Xbox 180° owner when they announced that "We will never release Dead Rising 3 on the PC!" will be...released on PC.
Well PC gaming is the way to go nowadays. I think companies would be stupid not to publish their games on PC. They would missing out on a lot of revenue.
A Fallout 4 announcement would be heartening. New Vegas just isn't cutting it any more (Fallout 3 anyone)
Can anyone estimate how much money is paid to make a game exclusive? Surely the additional income from selling a game on all platforms + DLC sales would surely trump any lump sum offered by Sony, Microsoft etc.

Master race rejoice!
Dead Rising 3 has pretty much bombed, so Capcom basically had to expand it to PCs.

Bethesda releases games extremely slowly. It was was 5 years from Oblivion to Skyrim and the only other major title they released in that time was Fallout 3. In that same time frame Bioware released Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, Dragon Age, Dragon Age 2, SW: ToR, and just one year later Mass Effect 3. How the feth does Bioware make an entire gaming trilogy in the same time it takes Bethesda to release an Elder Scrolls game?
The only way we can ever solve anything is to look in the mirror and find no enemy
I WANT to see a new DoW game announced, but I doubt it'll happen.

Typically no Half Life news or even a sniff of Left 4 Dead 3.
E3 is all about consoles. Besides I wouldn't be in the least surprised if HL3 never gets released, there is simply no way that it would live up to the expectations.
I wonder if Valve will take on the role as PC 'spokesman' with the release of the Steambox next year?

I would MURDER for a another Forgotten Realms RPG game that picks up the legacy after Baldurs gate 2 and Icewind Dale. But it will not happen, so I do not care for anything that will be announced at E as I have in the years since I attented the show as a young and hopefull gamer

Because Bethesda release games which, graphically speaking, blow Bioware out of the water.
I stand by my opinion of my Skyrim looking better than reality!

Eternity seems to be heading in the right direction, its not a forgotten realms game but is that really important?

I seem to remember seeing that there is a 40K game in development, something like an MMO?
It'd be really great if someone would pick up the story arc for Space Marine. Titus was awesome and I never wanted to exact my revenge on anyone more than I did Leandros. Jerk face.
Yeah, there's Dark Millenium...but that was in production before THQ bit the bullet.
As it stands Space Marine and Dawn of War were properties technically 'owned' by THQ so we likely won't see them, unless it's something like Battlefront.
Since we haven't seen who owns the rights for 40k games, yeah it likely will not be happening.
GW does although they have probably granted Sega the license.
