I admit I post over on warseer as well as here. Warseer does have some crap topics, but no forum is perfect and I do find they have still have some interesting topics now and again. I do have to say the influx of GW forum newbies over there is a little alarming. Hopefully they wont be totally swarmed and overrun.

I don't think the scary newbies will last at the established sites. There will be some decent ones that remain, but many of the BLAH BLAH ROXXXs will be quickly shuffled out or lose interest. The ones that do remain will be beneficial overall. Further, it will be enjoyable to smack the BLAH BLAH ROXX crowd around when they start using that language. I see a new coffee break pastime?

I can be counted amongst those number myself. in defence of warseer, they not only have great rumour mills but alot of the content is pretty good too. Granted there is the noise ratio, but everyboard with a decent population has that. Just ignore those post(s/ers) and move on. its pretty easy to avoid the stupidity there.

I can't say anything about the rest of Warseer, but I head there daily to check out the Project Logs and the general modeling section. Some real high quality work there, with impressively regular updates a lot of the time. The modeling here on Dakka is great too, but more good stuff to check out is always a good thing.

Mom, dad? There's something I've been wanting to tell you. See, the kids in my class, not me mind you, but some of the kids in my class would wish that you would put some pants on.

The district also feels that when you constantly turn a fire hose on us while forcing us to recite the gettysburg address is not actually in the curriculum. Killing hobos living at the train yard is also not valid for recieving extra credit.

About my post: I edited it a few times and still didn't get it right. What I meant was not that Warseer itself was slowed, it's that there are plenty of crap posts in there that are similar to GW forum's posts. So if you consider that slowed, Warseer's similarly slowed. Warseer has the rumor board, which is a plus. I use Warseer myself and love the rumor mill when there aren't 50 questions, instead of answers, in there.

Apparently, someone here also has a diaper fetish.

A big influx of new, stupid people will be great. Next time I log in, I want this place to be swarming with a pack of 13-year-old, pudgy, mouthbreathing, dandruff-bearers still locked in a futile wrestle with punctuation and the concept of deoderant. I want to see a hundred user names that start with "Dark" and use "i" and "y" as if they were somehow interchangable. I want to see a screaming tornado of tears in the 40K army lists section when some nobody claims that his all-veterans close combat Ultramarine army is theoretically invincible, as proven by mathematical fact and that game that he played with his preteen sister. I want to be called "d00d". I want some tiresome wet fart of a man to start a seven page thread on who would win: The Emperor or The X-Men? I want nothing less than a forum flushed with fanboy drivel and circular ego-stroking wankfests because when the forum hits rock bottom, nobody will care when somebody suckerpunches and rapes a newbie in the manner they deserve.
