From page 37 of the Warhammer 40,000 5th edition rulebook:

+1 Two Weapons: Engaged models with two single-handed weapons (typically a close combat weapon and/or pistol in each hand) get an extra +1 attack.

That requires the weapons be single-handed, not just that they not be two-handed.

Ok Ghaz, question time (again, since you seem to troll EVERY thread this comes up), will a Power Weapon/Normal CCW and Pistol Give a bonus attack? Yes or No?

I'll answer it myself as you have a penchant for Ignoring me (no offence intended, but it has happened before):
According to Ghaz's logic, they do not.

The rules for Normal Close Combat weapons are:
NORMAL CLOSE COMBAT WEAPONS
Weapons like chainswords, rifle butts, combat blades, bayonets, etc., do not confer any particular bonus to the model using them. Remember that, in close combat, pistols count as normal close combat weapons and so the Strength and AP of the pistol are ignored.

Nowhere does it say Normal Close Combat Weapons are Single handed, therefore by Ghaz-Logic you cannot get the bonus attack for having 2 normal CCW.

As for Power Weapons:
Power weapons
A power weapon is sheathed in the lethal haze of a disruptive energy field, which eats through armour, flesh and bone with ease. Models wounded in close combat by the attacks of a model armed with a power weapon are not allowed armour saves.

Again, no mention of Single Handed.

So, do you contend that you are denied the bonus attack if armed with 2 CCW or Power Weapon and CCW?

And yet again, how many times do I have to repeat myself that any two single-handed weapons will provide an extra +1 Attack it's just that GW dropped the ball on telling us how many hands a lot of the weapons require to be used. Not all questions have an answer, thank you. You can't decide to claim the rules say something that they don't because otherwise it would make the game unplayable. You play by a house rule and move on, hoping GW will make a claification. The rulebook clearly states that you only get the bonus attack for using two single-handed weapons. What says otherwise? Perhaps you'll be adult enough to answer that question that you've continually ignored. How I decide to play it is nothing more than a house rule. Show us an actual printed rule in the rule book that says that counters the one that I've quoted.
