Ah yes its been a while in my time playing and with the release of the new rule book there have been many changes, which have evened out the playing field, I also believe that all armies have some level of what I called 3 years ago cheapness, although that isn't the word. Its advantages and disadvantages. Time has changed things, I also tend to fall in and out of warhammer 40k and have focused most of my energy toward the hobby rather then the game and my gaming follows.
