If you combine the above tactic with a Lord with a Veil of Darkness or a Monolith to teleport a unit behind the enemy before forcing a fall back, and give the Lord with the Pariahs and Flayed ones a Chronometron, so they get a huge sweeping advance, you can assualt any units falling back.

Considering they will be making their regroup test against a maximum of leadership 7 its a good bet that they will scattered and destroyed.

Taking only 4 Pariahs at 144 points you can devastate the whole flank of an opponents army or smash out its centre.

It works well against units like terminators, assualt marines etc...

That wouldn't work because the Necron Lord and Monolith can only teleport Necron units. Pariahs are not a necron unit. (they don't count towards phase out)

One bright day in the middle of the night
Two dead boys got up to fight
Back to back they faced each other
Drew their swords and shot each other.

A deaf police man heard the noise
And came to arrest the two dead boys
Don't believe this story's true?
Ask the blind man he saw it too.

Thats why the Lord with the Pariahs has a Chronometron not a Veil of Darkness... you're not trying to teleport the Pariahs, as they're assaulting with the Flayed Ones in order to force the fall back.

Its best to teleport a unit of Warriors so you can hold the position and shoot in the next round while the Pariahs and Flayed Ones move forwards to counter charge any enemy assault units in range in the next turn.

Alternatively you could use faster units such as Destroyers, Wraiths or even Scarabs to turbo boost around the back of the enemy line. This is more difficult though especially in the centre of your line...
