Damage for falling was one hit with a strength equal to the distance in inches the model fell. You could shoot people off towers. You could pick them up and throw them (combat skill). Or my personal favorite you could have your models walk off a building an land on an opponent with a 50% chance of sharing the hit with them. I played scavies and had plague zombies that would bellyflop on genestealers and other high powered guys.

Scavies cannibal rules: You could eat your own guys or capture opponents instead of paying against starvation.

That is AWESOME...

Yeah we are starting a new Necromunda campaign and I'm playing Goliaths. I've drawn up some terrain with Towers that will be near two feet off the ground. I wanted to build these just for the possibility of using either the Hurl Opponent or Shotgun special rules.

My luck I'll throw somebody off of the tower and then roll a one for the damage.

one of my favourite rules was for Iron warriors in 4thed when you could take a basalisk for a heavy support choice in retrospect I liked all of the IW special rules in 4thed

The really funny thing was that after a scavvy gang grew to a certain point, it was easier to just recruit a new juve (cheap junior member) and sacrifice him instead of even trying to pay for 'real' food.

Necromunda is a neat game, but I a can agree that the expansion gangs were, at least in the original version, a bit broken. My Ratskins could force 'table conditions' which did not effect them, the Scavvies could cleverly circumvent the 'economy' of the rules, the Redemptionists had a chance of finding massive weapons tashes every turn, etc... They were much weirder than the base House gangs.

Working on someting you'll either love or hate. Hopefully to be revealed by November.
Play the games that make you happy.

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling, which thinks that nothing is worth war, is much worse. The person, who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."
