I think your best tool for this will be magnets under the bases of your minis, and maybe even under your terrain pieces.

I'll follow this thread closely

"You have spread your vile, unclean selves across the galaxy, making a mockery of the beautiful silence we had wrought. It was all in vain.
Rejoice, for we have returned and your days are at an end."

"So yeah, necron wraiths can phase out, move through terrain and vehicles, but their attacks don't penetrate armor. Wait, what ?"

Not to mention the re-basing of my IG and Ultramarine armies ugh

It will look cool though. Ill begin planning the table this weekend.

So Im thinking of getting the Imperial Strongpoint, Shrine of The Aquila, Basilica Administratum and the Sanctum Imperialis.

Id use the Bastions to shoulder each side of the Shrine's door. The Basilica and Sanctum will be used to build up another area near by. The Aegis Defense Lines would be used as trench defenses.

Hey man, after seeing your marine and IG army, I just decided you are my tabletop hero. The uniform, devotion and standard to your armies are inspiring. The individuals are not spectacular, but as a whole each army is very impressive. I would love to see better pics of your non xenos scum!

Edit: I hope you do not take any of that derogatory, it was complementary.

I thinks its the circle of friends I hang with.

There's 5 or 6 regulars that get together a few times a month. I consider myself the least skilled painter of the crew (I am not trolling for compliments here). These buddies of mine really inspire me to to a better job with the paint brush.

Not at all - Im painting furiously. I will get any and all of the new models most likely. There are a few concerns I have (specifically, will the spinefist be a waste and be replaced with the fleshborer). Other than that - Im fine with doing weapon swaps on the big bugs.

Tell your friends we want to see there armies as well. Are theirs as large as yours? How do you store your stuff?

I have a glass display cabinet (its lighted too) where I put most of my armor pieces - the Big Bugs will go there as well. I also use a small book case. Currently - my stuff is all over my livingroom though. I really should clean it up a bit lol.

Yeah - my friends' armies are all huge, bigger than what youve seen in this thread. We're nutters.

See now I hate seeing bits piles like that. Mainly due to the point is all the shuffeling around would drive me insane. I am wayyyy to much into organization which it gets hard with bits. Love the work your doing btw.

Listen, my children, as I pass onto you the truth behind Willy Wonka and his factory. For every wonka bar ever created in existance, Mr. Wonka sacraficed a single Oompa Loompa to the god of chocolate, Hearshys. Then, he drank the blood of the fallen orange men because he fed them a constant supply of sugary chocolate so they all became diabetic and had creamy, sweet-tasting blood that willy could put into each and every Wonka bar. That is the REAL story behind willy wonka's Slaughter House!

Normally - I dont store bits like that - I did it simply for the photo - all those bits by the way have been assembled, primed and are 2 painting levels from receiving their bases - Ill have the 120 guants and 84 Genestealers complete this weekend

Thanks for stopping by Empchild!
