I forgot about heavy flamers....probably because I haven't been shot with one yet, but S5
AP4 will be nasty....however, Nobz with a painboy still get
FNP against it, so all hope is not lost.
Tau have other guns that ignore your cover that you need to worry about, and the markerlight can ruin your day...but staying together will help out a lot.
I got tabled by tau last weekend, but I learned what NOT to do. Do not divide your forces, do not let your slow vehicles get in front of your fast vehicles. Do not leave home without Extra Armor (being stunned is the worst thing that can happen to an ork vehicle) and most importantly, do not roll bad.......if you can help it

(SRSLY! I shot a Hammerhead, rear armor, 2 pens, I shook and stunned it, so I assaulted it, and shook it again :( ) Edit2: I should also note that while I probably don't sound like I have any good advice...I really don't

There are two ork players in the local store, and both of us just started. Most of what I have to say is repeated from elsewhere, or stuff I learned in my (very short so far) game history. I learn more from losing than winning I find.
Edit: Lets move beyond nobz though, because this will get us into trouble.
I hear 120 boyz can still wreck faces.
