Don't these always end up being a space maroon chapter?

After all, space marines effectively start with 80 points (due to chapters) versus every other faction's 10 points.

To be fair, shouldn't orks have all their clan armies listed? and Eldar all their craftworld armies?

Granted all of these do not currently have a unique codex but neither do "salamanders".

Either list all of the armies or collapse "space marines" down to one entry.

This point was made only for SM. The SM basically started with 80 rather than 10. After this point was made i reduced it to the SM that had thier own codex, basically meaning they can be counted as different armies, to make it a bit more fair. It's not about whether they have a codex or not.
