You guys realize the knock knee look is only because the armor is much thicker on the thighs and calves then it is at the knees right? Can't say anything about the pigeon feet though as it is really uncomfortable to stand like that.

Even though the Marine does look a little off, I cant deny that this might actually be the FIRST GOOD DEAL that GW has ever released. Im going to have to get it simply because of that.

Yeeeeees but it doesnt change anything about it looking like its waiting for the toilet.

I dug out my WD 332 (Sep 07)to look at the bits that come in the chaos terminator box and I noticed that the statue and aquila are featured on the batrep board.

I'm getting at least 2 sets. My Fortress of Redemption needs guardians.

Knock-kneed be damned. I often wondered if they would make the statue.

You know, I actually realized something in regards to that statue.

We're assuming it's "knock-kneed" because of that ribbing that we're seeing, which is the undersuit and the flexible 'joints' of the armor.
If you've looked at the kneeling Devastator or some other SM models, they've got that very same ribbing exposed. I think we're seeing a bit more of it than usual just because of the posing--which along with the fact that it's a statue(you wouldn't be seeing the inner parts of the legs in that pose on a real statue either, unless the cape wasn't there) make for it to look real awkward.

TL;DR version: It's actually 'correct' for the posing and not knock-kneed. The pigeon toe is resulting from the fact that they looked at some awkward statues for inspiration that have very similar flaws.
