4 Samael, 1 Light. The tournament was set up more "for fun" so I know the tables were wildly inconsistent. At least a few had large bands of impassable terrain like rivers or other nonsense so it may have factored in pretty significantly. 3 of those 4 has Konosuke and 3 of those 4 also had Momiji. Will post more when the other forums come back up.

Looks like I've built myself a nice powergamer force purely by picking figures I thought looked cool or sounded cool. Bael + Control Bound, Momiji, Dinah.

LOL

Balance in pick up games? Two people, each with their own goals for the game, design half a board game on their own without knowing the layout of the board and hope it all works out. Good luck with that. The faster you can find like minded individuals who want the same things from the game as you, the better.

Ha, I love Bael + Control Bound. She's insane. For some reason my Gaga Bael manages to always roll an 8+ for dodges. It's gotten to the point that the local players will target other people even when they have a clear shot to her

Anyone else had any trouble with high LP, high armor figures like the gears, Konosuke and soon, Morrigan?

I'm finding sealing them works quite well, but it's really only a temporary solution. I'm just not sure how to do that much damage to them. Most of them can't dodge, so perhaps the key is high accuracy attacks for the extra damage.

Between the high LP, the high armour and things like healing and Raphael's Gift, wearing those guys down is quite hard.

I don't know if pushing/throwing is the answer. I need to read up again how that works against larger based models. But in scenario play, perhaps I can keep sealing them and knocking them away from objectives.

I've had the exact same thing happen. I rolled 3 10s in a row on her dodging Wissenschaft shooting. It was hilarious. Then I rolled an 8, but my opponent rolled a crit. I had hard cover and took a point or two of damage. It was funny watching him waste an entire turn shooting at her. She didn't get to do anything that turn other than dodging and free movement, but next turn she sealed Cordellia. No ranged attacks for you!

I made my Bael a blonde as well, but I didn't sculpt on a bra and I decided to keep all the leather shiny black. I may still give her the cheek lightning bolt though. Gaga Baels might just be unkillable.

They're very intimidating at first. As a Church player I have at least 1 character to specifically meta against big dudes. The Gears are the biggest challenge for me though, being Neutral. Really it's a matter of having a few high damage characters or having some piercing weapons in every team if you want to be well-rounded. Kujaku Hime is nice on her own with Open Movement and ignoring armor, but she's great against DR characters. Many of the big guys suffer from law accuracy and rely on Crits to do anything so even something like a 20 point agent can bog them down. Pushing/Throwing only does half against big characters and damage resistance ones can't be stunned, so you're better off chipping away.

I believe she is Saga III so she won't be in there, much like Bella and Aqua, Grey, and a few others. We're getting a supplement in the form of a web addendum "sometime soon" which will also have the 4th advantages for each organization amongst other goodies.

Hiro too. Saga III will cover a whole bunch of the newer releases... As well as new Organizations like Black Sun.

They're Gaia's answer to Umbrella Corporation!

They've noticed and they're trying to get everything moved to a better server. In the mean time I've been using:

And thanks to Google Translate (http://translate.google.com/#):

The Spanish forum has all the same stat spoilers still up No one has replied to my posts so I think my Spanish must be pretty bad.

I got the first two posts once it was back up I feel special. I'm annoyed that my submission for the collected FAQ/Errata was deleted and now I have to redo that work

noo no fair!

Am going to order Romeo and hopefully he will turn up in time for my daughter's visit next week - yay!

Was hoping to have had a couple of figured finished by now Still haven't sorted XII

Might try and clean up the figures and prime them so we can at least have our first skirmishes.

I'm one fig shy on my tourney team. I tried to prime her but it completely jacked up so I'll be stripping Justina for the 3rd time (at least this time she wasn't completely painted like the other two). I've never bothered stripping models for any other game. I'll try to get some pics up. I can't believe there was a time when I was completely caught up with all my painting... none of my slowly growing Azur Alliance collection is painted yet and I still have 3 or 4 Gaga conversions to do on my Samael team. I don't even want to think my 40k crap that's waiting to be converted and cleaned >.<;
