As per the newest SWFAQ.. I'm pretty sure Necrons still get WBB (Or atleast when A rez orb is in play?) so JotWW should really not be an issue. Rhino's get horribly stunned & shaken, often, by gauss from experience. And stunned/shaken means bad things for embarked infantry trying to shoot.
Vs Tyranids (Carnifexes), Yeah.. it is pretty sad-face.. but only really vs tervigons & carnifexes.
