As you can probably tell by my profile pic, I like to collect guns (specifically rifles) and hone my marksmanship and weapons maintenance skills (CATM for my fellow military types). I currently own a Ruger mini 14, a Kalashnikov, a Romanian PSL, and a Turkish Mauser 98

I play paintball when I can, but its been a while. I'm waiting on my base to hurry up and reopen the on-base field.

History (specifically military), and tied into that is an interest in political science and philosophy. I enjoy learning about the factors that cause nations, cultures and groups to behave the way they do. In this era of globalization, I figure it pays to know how and why other nations think and behave.

I also enjoy playing video games (specifically FPS and some RPG) and creating the occasional stick figure death video for my own amusement.
Eventually I want to learn a martial art (preferably MCMAP, Krav Maga or Sambo) but right now I'm not willing to spend 100$ a month on lessons. In the meantime I will wait till the Air Force finally decides to open a combatives school.

Drawing primarily. I'll be getting my first tablet over the summer, methinks. Although I hope to go into the field of concept art and character design, so it could very well stop being a hobby and start being a job.

I used to do some 3D modelling, but it kind of tapered off with university. Once I start my 3D course next summester, things should pick up again, and I'll probably be able to build some real skill.

I love my Harley, and any free time I can swing I usually spend out on two wheels.

Thats really awesome .I wanted to go into character desgin , but am aiming towards being a lawyer now . My brother did computer game design , but he doesnt work for a gaming company hehe .

Well, my other two vices are tropical fishkeeping and mmos.

Waiting on the immigration folks so I can move to the US means I don't have any fish atm and when I finally couldn't stand what SOE were doing to EQ2, I left that (end of 08) and so am not doing either.

I work out and have a rowing machine I do a regular amount on but it's not something I enjoy and don't consider it a hobby, it's like brushing your teeth or doing the laundry.

But once settled in the US, it's fishtanks and hopefully the release of TOR for mmo time. Wife is a big fan of Star Wars so that's a hobby we can do together. I've also got her considering 40k, she's veering towards tyranids atm.

If your moving anywhere near San Fransisco California, you should definitely check it out on the weekends when they get their deliveries in. So many fish, most stores don't even take them out of the bags as they get sold that quickly.

I'm curious from a couple of people saying they are into archery, where did you learn? I saw a class being offered at the local community college but I never checked it out.

I too used to play Yu-Gi-Oh Mr Leeqaex but realised that it was sapping time and money, and it's a childrens card game.

Its Miss Leeqaex and yes , yes it did .Id rather have wargaming hands down has everything I love rolled into one painting , gaming , war and nice background

i mostly do photography, studying (more a neccessity than a hobby, admittedly) and am learning to play bass (not very well, however if the occasion should ever arise in which someone needs the crash bandicoot and/or worms theme tune played via bass, i'm your man )

I tie flys for fly fishing. Which also means I go fishing quite often. I also like to read books and collect comics. Along with minis, that is where all my time goes.

EDIT: after finding out the OP was a female i reread the first post and it seemed completely different, its amazing how you stereotype isnt it?

- Fixing up old cars (really just taking them apart and figuring out I'm over my head)
- Xbox and a few pc games
- Transformers - Toys, comics, shows, even the movies (could be worse *looks at GIJoe*)
- Shooting and teaching people to shoot
- Movies, TV, comics and Books
- Wasting time reading rumors on the internet

I play a few instruments, and am a singer/songwriter - currently in a band, recording an album for independent release. It's taking fething FOREVER.
Also enjoy hiking/camping, drinking real ale, the occasional pub quiz - all sorts of stuff really. To be honest, between Uni, band, missus and 40K, I don't really get time time to do much else! But I like my life at the moment.
