Not that part the first part before the battle of five armies basically the adventures of Bilbo Baggins up to sneaking in to Smaugs treasure room where he steals the Mithril armor and sees the missing scale in Smaugs belly

You mean the golden cup, right? I think it would be great to have a "There and Back Again" game, but think it would work better as a board game rather than a miniatures battle game. There was very little actual fighting in The Hobbit outside of the spiders of Mirkwood and the Battle of Five Armies. Mostly the dwarves and Bilbo ran away from as much as they could or let Gandalf do the fighting for them, probably because the dwarves of Thorin's company were less martial than say, the Dwarves of the Iron Hills, who show up after Smaug's death.
