a bit of an update for you all:

bought a box or two of dryads and so I've got some more wracks built. no heads saddly as I'm still waiting for then to be grown *cough*casted*cough*



some that I really like







got some raiders started. one of the sail's looks a bit off as its being balanced cos its easyer to paint when its not there.









thats all for now, I plan on building the other 13 wracks tonight and hopefully I'll have those two raiders painted this time tomorrow.

Could you make a tutorial on making wracks and haemonculi as yours really look fantastic and presumably the new DE wave had been moved due to GK.

Tmonster: sure thing, I've still got a load to build so I'll be more than happy to do a how to ^^ IIRC they've been moved to third wave so its gonna be a while

tonight I'm getting my skaven warlord painted (the HPA was the warp pebble that broke the rat ogers back and those rats from IoB are too cute to ignor any longer) so I'll try to have the how to done by monday-tuesday

made little progress on the raiders today but I do have some nice freehand on the sail which I'll post once my cameras charged >_<

*brush's aside cobwebs* wow, so finally I'm back with an update. I know its been ages since I've posted anything but being lazy takes up so much of my free time lol

so, what new with my army? the truth is not much :( I've been waiting on those wych heads for ages and so with the school league a mere 9 days away I've had to improvise with my wracks heads, cue green stuff covering a bald deldar head. its not good, pretty or nice to look at and maybe a waste of GS but at least now I can get them painted in better news I've got 2 more incubi painted and my venom is almost done. enjoy













once the leagues over I'll be replacing the wracks heads with the wych ones so all will be well

Those are pretty sweet. The incubi remind me of tron. Wracks are looking great! Keep up the nice work! What torsos did you use for the wracks?

thanks man ^^ I've been getting a lot of tron comments at my FLGS too XD

the wracks are made from dryads. how I did it was I cut the dryad in half then cut the feet off and pinned the stumps to the base. next I made a GS skirt by adding thin layers of GS and ripping them with a pin. next I stuck the torso back on but at a hunched angle and added a head then arms. I'll show some pics later lol

The wracks are lookin good too. Dont think I'd put as much time into them myself tho, Im just using old grotesques or butchered mandrakes for the time being.

Incubi lookin great too. I like your blue glowness. Nicely done. Dont think Im gonna do the whole glowing crevass thing tho. Its being done a lot now seeing as thats what GW did, but I think Im gonna keep my crevasses dark apart from the engines and gun gems and all that madness.

Hi guys, I'm back from the school league and I think its time for some updates lol

here's the army that helped the team get into 5th place and qualify for the next round and won me 2 wins and a loss (damn that cheesy guard player lol) ^^

first up, my wracks and ed the homunculus











my incubi (these guys killed 15 space wolves, 10 normal marines and a few squads of guard)



and someone to lead them into battle:



their ride got pimped too:





and their faithful chariots (which made a point of blowing as soon as anyone so much as sneezed on them )









and not forgetting the *ahem* fire support that cost a drop pod, a dready and a rhino their lives

Conversions are great on the wracks. Incubi look nice, and good work on the vehicles.

Whats the SL? Be that a Sliscus? Im mid-dickying up my Sliscus conversion at the moment.

Newt-Of-Death: nah, SL is for school league and she be my commisar too bad I've made a better list for my deldar force and wont be using Tguard

though I shall be making sliscus at some point and hopefully he'll have a pirate hat and a parrot if I can find a good model for one.

All I can say is Go Incubi! I'm gonna buy some of those for myself even though I don't have a DE army....when I'm allowed to buy more models that is.

Sweet DE man, I've got into them because of the new looks and thinking of maybe getting some after my marines are of duty.
