I have been lurking so long I only feel its polite to say how good it is to see the variety of the Warmachine and Hordes minis. Any time I visited the forums I never got the impression there was much variation. Nice work Malfred.

Thanks for the compliment.

The variety has always been there with Warmachine. The only place you
didn't really see it was in the warjacks. Back in Prime, Cygnar started with
Stormblades, Trenchers, Arcane Tempest Gun Mages and Longgunners,
all different looking representatives of their groups. Within the faction of
the Protectorate of Menoth you had Zealots, Choir, Knights, and
Flameguard.

There's plenty of variety in the game.

105 -109

I picked up some of xenite's Trolls, and painted up a second squad
of Champions. The bases are oens he made out of Sculpey.

Having been cranking these dudes out all year, do you feel like you're still learning techniques as you go? Or in the least, are you finding ways to paint minis faster than you had in the past? I feel like they just get better and better as you progress. Congrats on the first 100! I'm still in awe of the motivation behind all those minis

Moltar, I definitely feel like I've improved in certain ways. Let me
give this one some thought.

Miniature 110 is Mulg.

Miniature 111, Hoarluk Doomshaper

112 and 113 the second set of walls from Armorcast.

114 and 115 Dannon Blythe and Bull.

I was expecting pokemon miniatures.

Ha! I'd actually like pokemon miniatures. I do have some ideas for
a Pikachu paint scheme for Legion of Everblight stingers (someone's
already done it, I figure I'd do it too!)

Miniature 120 is Hakaar the Destroyer

This stuff is all about getting ready to run a Zaal Tier 4 list.

121 is just another Extoller Soulward. I think that brings me
up to three (four if you count Marketh).

Nice work on the Skorne, Zaal theme list is one that I have considered myself. It would make for a nice diversion to the beast heavy lists I have been making otherwise without giving up hitting power. And the wall of walking status would look cool on the table.

122, 123, 124: Mage Hunter Strike Force. It might take me a
couple posts to get the full unit out there because of the posting
limits. So I'll be back after work to post the next three guys or
something.

The unit goes up to 10, 11 with the Unit Attachment.

I never really mind some of the duplicate poses in Warmachine
units. It's not like you have too many duplicate units unless you're
running a theme force or something weird like that.

Good to see another Zaal T4 out there. Think you might have gone a little heavy on the wash/dip there, but still doesn't look half bad.

Laughing Man: Yeah, I do put the ink wash on pretty thick. I try to
mitigate this by layering highlights onto them, but I'm not always
sucessful or neat.

131, 132

The dude who looks like he's standing on one leg is the Unit Attachment. I
assume the other one is the original unit leader.

They're metal. I'd bend them back, but I've found that messing
with them too much just ends up breaking them. So your OCD is
going to keep going crazy.

took to calling them, "Mittens!"

What I have completely finished are up. I just need to finish basing my Cygnar and the rest of them will get posted.

BTW. How do you get your pictures to look so good? I find I'm a worse photographer than a painter when it comes to this hobby.
