Yea I liked it as a kid, but when I saw some on youtube I laughed at myself. I hate it when a fond childhood memory gets ruined by how terrible it really is

I was the envy of all the local kids when I got Dino-bots (only two of them, Spike and Sludge. Was the stegasaur called Spike?), to the point that one of them dropped a heavy metal girder on poor old Sludge, crushing his hind quarters.

The Stego was Snarl. Spike was the Stego from Land before Time.

Remember those, oh God the price on them suckers.

Remember Minicons?

We would shell out 5 bucks for these tiny pieces of crap.

Good times, good times.

And now collecting Mini-cons/Microns is a sign of prestige in the TF collecting world.

Seriously? I have 20 of the buggers sitting on a shelf with my 3 Megatrons.

I love Megatron. You have a problem with that?

Not to be that guy, but I have around 50 Megatrons

Yep. His name is Bob Welsh, he did the original Bop-it voice.

Wikipedia wrote:Bop It toys are a line of audio games based on concepts originally patented by Dan Klitsner. Bop It was licensed to Hasbro, and further developed there by a number of designers including Bob Welch.

Yeah. He did it at my Birthday, where their was a Bop-It tourney ( I was 5) He did it at the same time as the voice in the Bop-it, and at that moment, I had met God, and he said

"AAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!

Try harder next time!"

Wow, that's a pretty epic story. Wish I had a birthday like that.

I've had epic Birthdays.

There used to be a place called "Curious Creatures" that would have birthdays. They would bring exotic animals to your house, and have fun with them.

Somewhere in my house, I have a picture of 5 year old Chowderhead kissing a Cayman with a Chinchilla on his head.

Why do Americans pluralise Lego?

Beats me. Maybe laziness instead of saying Lego sets? Maybe that is how they were introduced to it and haven't broke the habit? Maybe not all Americans pluralize it? I'd rather not speculate too much and add to any stereotypes though.

Back in elementary school this, to me and everyone else, was WANT incarnate. Too bad I got it when I leared about Ebay way after I finished elementary school, and further after I finished watching the series

My gun lasted for years. None of mine were metal/plastic hybrids. But you must admit they had a cool aesthetic that few other toys before or since could match.
