I have seen these in person and wow. I friend's with the owner of Tabletop Game and Hobby and he is part of the team that put this awesome set into action. There is plenty of customization you can do with this. Including combing the 3x3 rooms together to make very large rooms. Yesterday I had a chance to get a hands on these. The way they are designed you don't particular even need glue to hold the walls up. We were able to rearrange the set up fairly easy making it so you don't always have to play on the same style ship each time. The short walls are nice just in case you have that dynamic model that has large arms. We took some pictures the yesterday to show how you can change it up. I'll see if I can't get my hands on the photo to upload them.

Excellent. I rather like the simplicity. It means it's generic enough that almost anyone can use it for something.

Can't get to the site right now, work blocked, but how well size wise would this work for regular 40k models?

Micropanzer posted a picture here.
Not bad. You can't fit 2 miniatures side by side, but these can still work.

oh nice, well it is a space ship. Most space ships aren't meant for battle inside it.

Looks gorgeous, but I'm curious as to why they didn't widen them a tad and go with 50mm or 2"?
Anyone have any insight into this?

I imagine they're made primarily for Space Hulk. Terminators use 40mm bases, so they needed something wider than that. Genestealers use 25mm bases, but are only able to fit one to a square in the game, so they didn't need 50mm squares.

It would be a plus but I don't consider it a serious minus. We can make double wide corridor that holds 3 models.

Hello all.
Has anybody ordered the creative Gamescapes spaceship tiles in the UK as I have tried to contact them but had no replies, there has also been no updates about the tiles anywhere since February.
Just wondered if they were still going etc.
any help would be appreciated.
