The Sanctioning lore annoys me because of its vagueness, but I understand why it's meant to be vague. I drew upon what I knew from the various fluff sources, and tried to create the best composite image I could.

I'm thinking of putting this story on hiatus and starting a new one until I get more inspiration. I think I probably should have ended it at around where I put the Inquisitor's note at chatper four 's beginning, but be that as it may, I'm not dropping it entirely yet.
