Dreadknights probably use those implants that Dreadnoughts have that allow them to interface with machinery as extensions of their own bodies.

Yeah but it didn't do the spinnie on the back, on to head spin, flip, stop and pose with legs crossed in the air thing.

Looking at the dancing dreadnought, I just realized it can't even turn its arms outwards . . . the only real attack motion it could make in close combat would be a judo chop at a mild angle like / or \

This is what got me started
The SM power and Termie armour wouldn't be a lot better.
Most lateral movement, and sight as well would require the whole upper torso to rotate.

Like you say with the dread not the most effecient in CC!
