Well, three different sculpts. You first two pictures are of the same sculpt, which are of the original plastic Warlord kit. I have 6 of them (3 red plastic, 3 black plastic, all the same), 1 each of the MkII and MkIII, 2 Emperors, 1 Reaver, 1 Warhound, and 86 Knights.

Not at all. Heirophants are largely known, thanks to getting a Forgeworld model. Hydraphants are their bigger cousins, and crept into the fluff in one of the Epic games.

Nope, look closer, you will see subtle differences between MKI and MKII. Everything is different though. Feet, legs, body, carapace, they are definatly not the same model.
If I remember correctly the MKI was metal and released when Adeptus mechanicus was just a book, and was not widely available. GW quickly made the plastic ones for mass release in the Adeptus Mechanicus box set. But all the models in the book and in the white dwarfs of the time were the metal ones.

Correct. The Mk.0 as its known was the prototype model produced before the plastics were ready:

They occasionally appear on ebay. The last one I saw was incomplete and missing its weapons. It went for approximately £650

Well not really, it's as tall as GW say it is. Here's the Emperor Titan Datasheet, which shows how big the biggest Titan is.

That's not what I meant. GW operates on the rule of cool. If it's awesome, do it. Look at that picture, the Warlord is towering over mountains, and it is because it looks awesome. If the author wants a Warlord to be bigger than 60 meters, then hey, if they do it in an awesome way, it's all good.
Hence, Warlords (or, well, anything) is as big as the author wants it to be. 40k fluff is pretty malleable.

Its a Monster from Super Dimensional Fortress Macross, which was still called a Monster when redone as the first part of the Robotech sage. There was a Monster MkII, MkIII, and a transforming one that turned into a space shuttle-like heavy bomber.

Yeah, I'm just saying that that isn't the original monster, it's one of the later versions.

No, its the origibal version. The only later version that looks the same is the transformable one, The MkII is boxier, while the MkIII is smaller and has hands.

This is the original, it's very different from the one you posted, no under chin turret no flaring on the feet, many differences actually. I think you may ave posted pictures of the transforming one.
