Yikes... budge of 10? Ouch. Good luck with your event, hope it turns out ok, that's quite the budge crunch. Don't get me wrong, I am a huge supportor of purchase / pay where you play when you can. You might want to consider some snacks / candy to try and augment your sales for the day. Soda / candy bars can go along way. You might be able to skirt that monetary cap through claims as a donation

Got the centre for free, the £10 will cover the food. Have already posted on Find a game about the tourny, hope some of you can make it!!

I think people may be much more likely to pay if it is a tourney and if there is a prize available. Sell drinks during the game, too, why not? Good luck!

My FLGS is free, but I would pay up to about £1.50 for any gaming.

Any more and I'd just go elsewhere.

Oh god, dont give GW any ideas next they'll start charging us for looking at the instore models.

Then bump up their prices again to be on the safe side, becuase as you know nothing pleases us more than a price hike. Or so GW thinks lol
