Edit: The longer I think about it, the more I think Codex: Kroot would be awesome. They already have quite a bit of solid fluff, most of the units are modeled, and I would love to see what kind of vehicles they would use. I'm feeling somewhere between Orks and Dark Eldar. Ramshackle skimmers and junk. Or maybe just lots of bigger and bigger Krootox; kind of a Feral Orks thing.
