Codex Daleks and Codex: Blake's 7, for starters.
More sensibly, I'd be very pleased by a Codex: Xenos (or Codex: Minor Factions, or whatever) with rules to represent units of Barghesi, Hrud, Astral Parasites,etc, etc, and include them in major factions' armies as mercenaries/temporary allies/hidden alien overlords.

I really don't know what you could do for an entire army of Nazi Zombies, and Call of Duty is woefully unspecific.

I would like a codex that is sort of a 40K version of Ogre Kingdoms. Cybernetically enhanced warbeasts and lots of big dudes with molesterstaches and man-boobs who want nothing more than to beat you to death.
